Crypto Wallet Issues

Modified on Wed, 14 Dec 2022 at 01:46 PM

One of the most common problems when sending and receiving deposits is the extra details you need to provide for your transaction to be processed.

For instance, the first time a user generates a Ripple (XRP) ledger address for an XRP wallet, that address does not become immediately active. If the destination address is inactive, a minimum of 10 XRP must be sent as a deposit to the network to activate the address, this one-time fee (activation fee) is required by the XRP ledger network and is non-refundable.

Sometimes, you will also need to take extra steps for your crypto exchange to be processed. For example, to manage your EOS you need to activate an EOS account. To do that, you might need to send a certain amount of EOS from your exchange account to a special EOS Contract Address that will automatically Stake EOS into the minimum required.

Please make sure to check whether the coin you’re planning on purchasing has any additional requirements before proceeding with the exchange.
