What is an Exchange ID and Where Do I Find It?
An Exchange ID is the identification number of your exchange. It is generated automatically when you select the currencies and the amount to swap and proceed to the next step.
The Exchange ID is also needed when you contact our support team to check the transaction status.
You can find your Exchange ID on the swap details page and in the "My Exchanges" tab in the header of the page.
What Should I Do if I Do Not Have My Exchange ID at Hand? How Can I See My Older Transactions?
Even if you closed the swap page, you can find your Exchange ID in the "My Exchanges" tab in the header of StealthEX main page. All your transactions are recorded there – just scroll to find the one you're looking for.
